1. Parties and services
This agreement is between Saint-Crown Recruiting (“Saint-Crown”) and the signing adult on behalf of the named athlete. Saint-Crown provides recruiting evaluation, strategy, positioning, target-school guidance, communication support and related player/family guidance according to the selected program. Exact activities may be adjusted to the athlete’s needs and recruiting timeline.
2. No guaranteed outcome
The signer understands that Saint-Crown does not control and does not guarantee offers, scholarships, roster spots, admission, eligibility decisions, playing time or responses from coaches. The athlete remains responsible for academics, eligibility, conduct, truthful information and completing assigned recruiting actions.
3. Fees, term and cancellation
The selected program price appears above and at checkout. The Monthly Flex Program renews monthly until canceled before the next renewal. The 90-day, six-month and twelve-month programs are fixed-term, one-time program purchases. One-time program fees become non-refundable after onboarding or personalized work begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals but does not refund services already delivered.
4. Recruiting authorization
The signer authorizes Saint-Crown to use and share relevant athlete information—including name, school, graduation or eligibility year, position, academics, statistics, measurables, profile links, photos and recruiting video—with college coaches, athletic programs and recruiting contacts for the purpose of promoting the athlete. The signer confirms they have authority to provide all submitted information and media.
5. Privacy and communications
The signer acknowledges the Privacy Policy and authorizes service-related email, telephone and text communications with the athlete and signing adult. This does not authorize unrelated automated marketing messages.
6. Conduct and termination
Saint-Crown may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, false or misleading information, harassment, unlawful conduct or conduct that could materially harm Saint-Crown, a coach, school or another person. Any earned or non-refundable fees remain due to the extent permitted by law.
7. General terms
This agreement and the selected checkout terms represent the parties’ understanding regarding the services. Electronic acceptance and a typed signature are intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature. If part of the agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Texas law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
