Your Information

Privacy Policy.

Effective September 1, 2026
This policy explains how Saint-Crown Recruiting (“Saint-Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when athletes, parents, guardians, and other visitors use our website or recruiting services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide through an evaluation request, enrollment, text message, call, or other interaction, including:

  • athlete and parent or guardian names and contact information;
  • school, graduation or eligibility year, position, GPA, academic information, recruiting status, goals, and preferred plan;
  • baseball statistics, measurables, evaluations, profile links, photos, and recruiting videos;
  • communications with Saint-Crown and information needed to provide support; and
  • transaction details from purchases. Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by Saint-Crown.

We may also receive basic technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, referring page, IP address, and website activity, when this information is supplied by our website or hosting providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to evaluate athletes, create or improve recruiting materials, recommend target programs, provide recruiting guidance, communicate with athletes and families, process enrollment and payments, maintain and improve our services, protect against fraud or misuse, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

3. Recruiting Outreach and Sharing

When an athlete or parent or guardian asks us to provide recruiting services, we may share relevant recruiting information—such as the athlete’s name, school, academics, position, statistics, measurables, profile, photos, and video—with college coaches, athletic programs, and other recruiting contacts for the purpose of promoting the athlete. We share only information we reasonably believe is relevant to that recruiting purpose.

We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the website, host or store content, communicate, process payments, or support the business; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Athlete Videos and Content

The evaluation form allows an athlete to provide a shareable link to recruiting video or a player profile. If an athlete sends video or other content to us, we may use and share it as necessary to perform the recruiting services requested. Please submit only content you have the right to share and make sure linked content has appropriate viewing permissions.

5. Text Messages

If you contact us by text, we use your phone number and message to respond and provide requested services. Message and data rates may apply. We do not treat a single evaluation request as consent to unrelated automated marketing texts.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, security, preferences, and basic performance measurement. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but some features may not work properly as a result.

7. Minors

Our recruiting services may involve high-school athletes. Athletes under 18 should use the service with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, or ask us to stop using recruiting materials for future outreach. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to identity verification and lawful record-retention needs. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to payment pages, social platforms, recruiting profiles, colleges, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Saint-Crown is not responsible for those services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
